Fire Sprinkler and Alarm Testing Schedule

TO: Lucero at Pacific Ridge and Brisas at Pacific Ridge
RE: ANNUAL TESTING OF THE BUILDINGS FIRE LIFE SAFETY SYSTEM
HCI SYSTEMS INC. will be performing the San Diego County Fire Departments required annual testing of the buildings FIRE LIFE SAFETY SYSTEM on the following dates and times:
Thursday, April 23rd, 2026 and Friday, April 24th, 2026
8:00 A.M – 4:00 P.M
FIRE ALARM PANEL AND SPRINKLER SYSTEM
UNIT INDIVIDUAL SMOKE DETECTORS & PUBLIC ADDRESS SPEAKERS
Due to the number of residents who did not comply with their initial inspection schedule, the make-up inspections were split into two dates. This is the final round of inspections that will be offered to residents who missed their original inspection at no additional charge to the Owners. Failure to comply with the April 23rd, 2026 or April 24th, 2026 inspections may result in both penalty assessments and reimbursement assessments being charged to your account.
ACCESS TO EVERY UNIT LISTED WITHIN THIS NOTICE IS REQUIRED to test the audible speakers inside each unit, therefore please arrange for someone to be available to give access. The building Engineers will accompany the workmen at all times throughout the building and inside the individual units.
Each unit has been assigned a specific window of time for HCI SYSTEMS INC. to inspect the system within your unit. The schedule is posted to the Association’s Website www.mypacificridge.com. Please ensure that you review the schedule as soon as possible.
If a real emergency occurs during the testing, occupants of the building will be notified and instructed on how to proceed via announcements over the public address (P.A.) system.
YOUR COOPERATION IS REQUIRED AND TRULY APPRECIATED. If you are an owner who rents out their unit. You are responsible for ensuring that your tenant complies with the scheduled inspection.
